2013 Celebrity All-Star Game Roster, Time and Where to Watch as NBA Exhibition Games Kickoff

The celebrities are probably going through the morning kinks as they get set to launch the NBA All-Star Weekend. Wondering who's playing, at what time the game starts and where you can watch the action? Don't worry, we've got you covered.

First things first, check out the list of celebrities in action:
Kevin Hart: Comedian
Ne-Yo: Singer
Nick Cannon: Comedian
Josh Hutcherson: Actor
Trey Songz: Singer
Usain Bolt: Sprinter/Olympic Gold Medalist
Arne Duncan: Secretary of Education
Terrence Jenkins: E! News Anchor
Common: Rapper
John Schriffen: ABC Correspondent
Ryen Russillo: ESPN Host
Dikembe Mutombo: NBA Legend
Clyde Drexler: NBA Legend
Sean Elliott: 2-Time NBA All-Star
Bruce Bowen: NBA "Legend"
Tamika Catchings: WNBA- Indiana Fever/USA Olympian
Maya Moore: WNBA Minnesota Lynx/USA Olympian

There's a lot of skill, talent and star power in this lineup. Hart will attempt to defend his crown as the game's MVP. However, Duncan, the Secretary of Education, should have lobbied the decision of having Hart as the 2012 MVP. Duncan dropped 17 points and grabbed eight boards. Meanwhile, Hart tallied just eight points with six assists to claim the MVP.

Have you ever seen Hart balling? Check him out as he and his crew of comedians took on the ladies of UCONN.

As you can see, his game is somewhat up to par as he sports a pretty nice jump shot. Just imagine if the man was at least 5' 9".

Hart has also challenged Ne-Yo and Chris Brown to a game in the past. Looks like the Hart Crew suffered the same disappointment.

If Hart wants to win his MVP once again and lead his team to victory, he'll have to step his game up.

Where to Watch: ESPN

Time, When to Watch: Friday, 7 p.m. ET

In previous years, guys like Justin Bieber, Michael Rapaport, Terrell Owens and Master P have dominated the games and won MVP awards.

Don't miss the action as the first of many exhibition games take off this weekend.

The NBA All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, Feb. 17 at 8 p.m. ET.
