Bill Walton ESPN Joke Makes Ray Lewis Limo And Bill Simmons Twitter References At Pac-12 Tournament, Legend Comments On Possible Suspension (VIDEO)

Bill Walton is known as an outspoken broadcaster that usually states his opinions honestly, which is one reason why he brought up some issues about ESPN while doing the coverage during ESPNU's Pac-12 tournament broadcast of the Washington-Oregon game from Las Vegas.

The 60-year-old Hall of Famer made some references to ESPN hiring Ray Lewis, as well as Bill Simmons's punishment on Twitter for making comments about an ESPN show. The first part happened when the coverage showed some of the Pac-12 mascots and cheerleaders in a limo during a commercial.

He referenced the night Ray Lewis was involved in a murder, saying he was "way in the back with Ray Lewis." Adding to it, ESPN just signed Ray Lewis officially to be an analyst on the network.

"I was way in the back with Ray Lewis and it was unbelievable how much fun, oh my gosh, how many people were in there!" he said. "They're going to suspend Bill Simmons, anything is possible."

Walkton later mention Simmons during the game after he was blocked of Twitter for a few days by ESPN for making comments about the show "First Take" and a battle between Skip Bayless and Richard Sherman. Simmons wrote on Twitter that the fight hurts ESPN, saying there were no winners in it, "including ESPN."

HERE are some more of Walton's quotes from Awful Announcing:

"Fans beyond description, dancing angels of mercy, what more could you ask for. It's all happening."

Dave Pasch says working with Walton this weekend will age him 8 years. Walton: "Your wife's been calling me."

Pasch: "How much of that is instinctual as a shot blocker, how much of it is teaching?"

Walton: "100 percent of both."

"Lorenzo Romar just pulling his hair out!" (Romar is bald)

Walton on Arsalan Kazemi, "His parents own a candy factory four hours south of Tehran, oh my gosh how sweet it is."

"Both teams riding quasars all the way to the top of the mountain and the promised land."

Walton: "So many things here have defied rational thought."

Pasch: "You're not kidding."
