It's Novak Djokovic versus Tommy Haas at the 2013 Sony Open as tennis' No. 1 ranked Men's player hits the court. Check out the live stream available at the bottom of the article . First, let's look at this matchup. 

They are the same stature, but Djokovic is 10 years younger while Haas is 12 years older than Djokovic. By the time Haas turned pro in 1996, Djokovic was probably still in elementary school. 

So far in the tournament, Haas, the challenger who's ranked No. 15 in the world, battled through his first match against Igor Sijsling. Haas retired the Dutch after three sets 6-0, 5-7, 6-3. Alexandr Dolgopolov of Ukraine was defeated in two straight sets 6-3, 6-2. 

He faces Djokovic who is extremely fresh having breezed by his first two matches at the Sony Open in Miami. Djokovic first got past the Czech Republican, Lukas Rosol 6-1, 6-0. He then put away Evgeny Donskoy of Russia, 6-2, 6-4.

In their careers, the two men have faced each other six times with Djokovic owning the advantage having won four of these matches. 

The last time the Serbian and German met on the tennis court was in 2012 as Djokovic defeated Haas at the Shanghai World Tour Masters. Djokovic beat him 6-3, 6-3. Before 2012, the two players' career head-to-head battles were tied 2-2 after Haas defeated Djokovic in the 2009 Wimbledon quarterfinals. The first time these two met it was 2006 at the French Open and Djokovic, though young, dispatched Haas in three straight sets.
