United States vs Mexico Live Stream: Watch Free Online Crucial 2014 World Cup Qualifier at the Azteca Stadium

Two of the biggest teams in the CONCACAF region will fight it out when United States visit Mexico for their World Cup Qualifier at the iconic Azteca Stadium.

Mexico have struggled so far in the second round of the qualifiers, managing just two points from two games, while the U.S. picked up their first win of the campaign with a 1-0 win over Costa Rica Friday.

U.S. coach Jurgen Klinsmann knows it will not be easy against the Mexicans, who are the favorites to top the group, but believes his side are capable of picking up a positive result.

"We have a lot of respect for Mexico, but we do not have any fear," Klinsmann told ESPN. "El Tri knows it has to get the three points from this game, the same as us."

American winger DeMarcus Beasley, who plies his trade in the Mexican league with Puebla, believes it is the altitude at the Azteca that his side will have trouble coping with the most.

"To be honest, it is the altitude," Beasley told reporters when asked what makes playing at the stadium so difficult. "Playing in front of a lot of fans, that's what these guys know about, playing in Europe, playing with big crowds. So that part I don't think fazes the team as much.

"But seriously, the altitude does play a big part in playing here. The first 20 minutes are always the worst. You can't breathe, you get that dry feeling in your throat.

"That's always difficult. And obviously the guys that come off the bench, that come on to the game, that first two or three minutes you can't breathe.

"And obviously Mexico's a good team. They're one of the best teams in CONCACAF and one of the best teams in the world. From the success they're having from the youth teams all the way up to the big team they have a lot of confidence right now."
