Doug Anderson Demonstrates What Amazing Is During College Dunk Contest (Video)

Detroit's Doug Anderson demonstrated to fans and spectators what it feels like to look in amazement during a dunk contest as his insane 360 slam was the highlight of Thursday night's college slam dunk contest.

The highflying guard even had fans thinking that he without a doubt eclipsed any of the dunks in the lackluster NBA dunk contest just a few months ago.

Before doing his show stopping between-the-legs 360 slam at the end of the night, he threw down an impressive reverse slam, a windmill and a between-the-legs dunk in the earlier rounds.

Although he was probably unknown to most spectators who witnessed the impressive dunk, he certainly is known now. But this isn't the first time Anderson had such strong above-the-rim finishes in the Horizon League, because according to Yahoo! Sports, his most recent dunk almost tore the rim right off the glass in a victory over Cleveland State in February.

According to USA Today, 44% of Anderson's dunks in college came on dunks. His nickname is "Dunking Doug."

Although he may not have enough skill to earn him an NBA roster spot, still some teams should consider signing him just so he can bring some excitement to next year's NBA contest.
