The Atlanta Braves face off against the Washington Nationals in the second game of the series. Game time is at 1:05 p.m. ET and FOX will be showing the game, therefore it will be hard to watch the game online, so we bring you a live blog and a link allowing you to keep up with the score and stats of this game. First, let's see what we're in for today as these N.L. East powerhouses meet up in Nationals Park.

The Braves took Game 1 with miracle late innings as Ramiro Peña came through big time for Atlanta dropping a huge bunt and then hitting the game-winning home run in the top of the 10th inning. The win gave the Braves a 9-1 record, the best record in the big leagues and the best start the Braves have gotten off to since 1994.

Tim Hudson faces Stephen Strasburg today as both aces will look to give their team a chance to win the game. Strasburg will be looking to better his last start where the Cincinnati Reds completely demolished him. Strasburg pitched 5.1 innings giving up six earned runs on nine hits while walking four and striking out six. Just by the walk total, you can tell Strasburg didn't bring his A-Game. As for Hudson, he pitched a beauty against the Chicago Cubs going 6.2 innings allowing just three hits, one earned run, two walks and striking out seven batters.

Of course, the Nationals aren't the Cubs, so Hudson will have to pitch his best as Jayson Werth has had immense success against Huddy in his career. In 27 at-bats, Werth is hitting .444 with three home runs and eight RBI.

Peña will get the start today at shortstop as Andrelton Simmons will be given the day off. The Braves will have B.J. leading off and Peña hitting eighth, while Juan Francisco once again gets the start at third base.
