Donald Trump Dubai Golf Course Happening As Billionaire To Build First Middle East Resort, Desert Location On Stalled Tiger Woods Dubailand Estate

Donald Trump is one of the biggest names in the world when it comes to golf resorts and the billionaire mogul is looking to add a new one to his stable of lucrative locations, with a new resort based in Dubai, his first in the Middle East.

According to the Associated Press, Trump is building a new course that will be part of a larger estate with community areas, a resort, schools, hotels and a spa. The location will be part of the 28 million foot project, which will be located on land bought from Dubailand, which was supposed to have a $1 billion Tiger Woods golfing estate, but that project has stalled and fallen by the wayside.

The company already has a number of award winning golf courses around the world and while this will be its first Asian course, it likely will be as good or better than the past ones. The 7,205-yard, par-71 course has yet to have a designer named and Trump likely will find one of the top developers to work the course.
