Oakland Athletics vs. Cleveland Indians Live Stream: Umpires Blow Replay Call On Ninth Inning Adam Rosales Home Run As A's Lose and Bob Melvin Ejected (VIDEO)

The Oakland Athletics and Cleveland Indians played a crazy game on Wednesday night and things came to a head in the ninth inning after the A's appeared to hit the game-tying home run, but after a replay by umpires, the hit was ruled a double.

According to ESPN.com, video shows that the ball was a home run, but after being looked at by the umpires, he was awarded a double and the Athletics eventually lost 4-3, putting them in a position where at the end of the year they could end up one game out of a division race or the playoffs due to the call. Last season the team was able to catch the Rangers and win the division by the slimmest of margins. The call made the media say that umps need more help with replays, while manager Bob Melvin was ejected for arguing.

The Indians mashed in the game with home runs from Nick Swisher and Carlos Santana, but the big hit at the end was all anyone could talk about. The ball looked as if it hit along the black fence behind the yellow line in the outfield, but umpires ruled against it. Cleveland won its ninth game in the last 10 and now the Athletics are another game down overall in the standings when they shouldn't be.

Angel Hernandez made the call and later ejected Melvin and now baseball must deal with the consequences of the game.
