Racer 230 MPH Crash Sends Drag Star Chris Matheson 100 Feet On Track At Sydney Dragway's 2013 Nitro Champs Event, Amazingly No Serious Injuries (VIDEO)

Australian drag racer Chris Matheson is a very lucky man on Wednesday, as the racer was riding at the Sydney Dragway's 2013 Nitro Champs event and crashed his bike while going over 200 MPH and luckily he only sustained injuries.

According to video from YouTube, Matheson was riding up to 230 MPH when he took a fall from his bike and rolled for about 100 feet after falling off. He appears to break off the bike but he may have done it by accident, but the balance gives out about halfway down the track and sent him rolling for 100 feet at least. Luckily he only sustained injuries and no one was seriously hurt.

Matheson was previously an Australian National Drag Racing Association champion and reports said that he may have been knocked off by the force of wind while he was racing.
