NBA Playoffs 2013: Indiana Pacers Roy Hibbert and David West Ditch LeBron James and Miami Heat Handshakes After Game 7 Loss (VIDEO)

The NBA finals are all set with the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs after the Heat took down the Pacers in Game 7 and afterwards two players felt the weight of the losses, as both Roy Hibbert and David West did not shake hands following the 99-76 defeat on Monday night. The two players played a big part in the game for the Pacers, but it wasn't enough as Miami routed the team to get back to its third straight finals while looking for their second straight championship.

Hibbert blamed not knowing the players on the Heat personally, while West said he doesn't shake hands, but both players likely left due to frustration with losing and made those answers to placate fans and the media. Hibbert was a force throughout the series, but he dealt with foul trouble in Game 7 and Miami found a way to neutralize him early in the game and he struggled with turnovers. James had 32 points, eight rebounds and four assists to lead the Heat and now they will face off against the Spurs in the finals.

Hibbert ended up with 18 points and eight rebounds to lead the Pacers, while Lance Stephenson was tops with five assists. The Pacers couldn't overcome the big second and third quarters for the Heat and they were held to just 16 and 18 points in those frames.
