The NFL offseason is in full swing and teams are starting to figure out positional battles and personnel issues heading into mandatory minicamps and some teams have more drama than others, including the New York Giants, who have been without Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz in offseason workouts and could end up in some trouble while figuring out the contracts for the receivers.
The Giants also got some good and bad news regarding Jason Pierre Paul, as he will be out 12 weeks for back surgery and while that is bad news, it means that when he comes back he will be fully healthy after having a so so season while dealing with injuries a year after making 16.5 sacks and making the Pro Bowl. The Giants are looking to get back to the playoffs after going 7-9 and the team wants to recreate the Super Bowl performance from the previous season.
