Belgium vs Serbia Live Stream: Watch Free Online World Cup Qualifier

Belgium will look to tighten their grip on top spot in Group A when they host Serbia in their World Cup qualifier Friday.

Marc Wilmots' side currently lead the table with 16 points, the same as second-placed Croatia. Group A is basically a battle for first place, with Serbia well behind in third place on just seven points.

The Belgians have been tipped to be one of the standout teams in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, with the side filled with wonderfully talented players, most of them who ply their trade in the English Premier League.

One of those star players - Eden Hazard - is a major doubt for the game against Serbia, and the Chelsea playmaker said he is doing everything possible to get fit, but will not unnecessarily risk himself and cause further damage.

"I have done everything to get fit but I won't be at 100 percent," he said. "I'm not yet pain free, there is still some irritation.

"I will not take any unnecessary risks. The match against Serbia is important but to be fit for the start of preseason training at Chelsea is also.

"The last thing I want is to return from holiday with an injury. If I don't feel I'm ready to play I will be honest with the national team coach."

FC Twente midfielder Nacer Chadli has been tipped to take Hazard's place if he isn't passed fit, with Wilmots then likely to use the former Lille man as an impact sub if needed.

"That is an option but it's the coach's choice," he added. "There is a good chance that a decision on my availability will only be made on field during the warm-up. This is the first time I've been side-lined this long with an injury but that is part of a football career."

With the likes of Thomas Vermaelen, Vincent Kompany, Jan Vertonghen, Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and Christian Benteke, to just name a few, in their lineup, it is understandable why this Belgian side is looked at with much excitement; and the fans will be hoping for some goals against Serbia come Friday.
