Tahiti vs Nigeria Live Stream: Watch Free Online Confederations Cup Game From Belo Horizonte

Nigeria will expect the easiest of outings when they take on minnows Tahiti in their Confederations Cup opener in Belo Horizonte.

Having seen World and European champions Spain dominate Uruguay in a 2-1 win in the first match of Group B, Nigeria will be desperate to ensure they do not slip up against Tahiti, a team ranked over 100 places below them.

"The most important thing of all for us is to focus on this match," Nigeria defender Efe Ambrose told FIFA.com. "It is a match we know we need to win and, to do that, we need to be fully concentrated.

"We cannot afford to take any chances. Big shocks have happened before in these kinds of tournaments and we don't want to be the victims this time. We know we need to get the three points to give ourselves a good chance of qualifying for the next stage."

Nigeria, who will be without Victor Moses, Emmanuel Emenike, Ogenyi Onazi and Kalu Uche, come to the Confederations Cup after a gap of 18 years after winning the Africa Cup of Nations, and will face Tahiti for the first time.

Tahiti, filled with amateur players, will look for one of the biggest upsets ever and coach Eddy Etaeta has asked his side to play their hearts out against the African champions

"Of the 23 players we have, we have nine players who don't work, who are practically unemployed," Etaeta said. "Some are delivery men, some are P.E. teachers, one works in accounting, and I also have a player who is a sports coach.

"My defender (Teheivarii) Ludivion gets up every day at four o'clock in the morning, puts on his shoes and spends all day working as a climber. Then, at five o'clock, he comes to train with his football club.

"We won't have the same weapons, technically, tactically, and physically, but tomorrow (Monday), we'll certainly have the heart and that's our weapon -- our heart and spirit."
