2013 Wimbledon's second round rolls along and Roger Federer will hit the court to close out today's action. He will be playing in Centre Court and if you are on the move, check out the live streams available. Federer is attempting to win his eighth Wimbledon title, don't miss a moment as he attempts to make the finals.
Challenging Federer this afternoon will be Ukranian, Sergiy Stakhovsky. He is ranked 116th in Men's Singles and defeated the Brazilian Rogerio Dutra Silva in the first round of the tournament by the score of 6-4, 6-0, 6-4. Stakhovsky was on his game, losing only eight games in the three sets played. However, Federer was better.
Federer not only crushed Victor Henascu, Federer somewhat embarrassed Henascu in their first round matchup. It's not Federer's fault he's so smooth. Federer would run up to the net and simply drop balls way in front of Henascu, making it impossible for the Romanian to make a play on the ball.
Stakhovsky has not been successful in any of his 18 grand slam appearances. This is only the second time he's advanced to the second round in his grand slam career. As for Federer, he will look to quickly dispose Stakhovsky as he has his eyes set on the trophy. Federer is the most dangerous tennis player on grass having won the tournament seven times and enters the 2013 Wimbledon tournament as the defending champion.
