Aaron Hernandez Has Girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins Fiancé and 8 Month Old Baby At Home, Patriots TE Denied Bail For First Degree Murder Charge With Gag Order Issued

Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is facing some serious charges, as he was arraigned in court after being arrested on Wednesday and is now facing first degree murder charges as well as multiple gun charges.

According to ESPN.com, bail was denied for Hernandez and he is heading to jail for murder charges in the first degree and now will face multiple charges. He is charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd and numerous details have come out about the crime, including where Lloyd was killed as well as shell casings found at the scene. Many details came out that Lloyd was shot in the back and the chest and he pleaded not guilty to charges.

A jogger originally found the body and Lloyd was found with multiple gunshot wounds and the shell casings found were matched to guns owned by Hernandez. Lloyd made communications with Hernandez and Lloyd had keys to one of the rental cars in his possession. Fox reports that the two had issues stemming from a nightclub incident and said that he couldn't trust Lloyd anymore. He pleaded not guilty and the motive now is based on what happened at the nightclub.

There is multiple video surveillance shots and there is a connection between the two to Hernandez's girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins, as he was dating her sister. The text messages lasted through the evening and Hernandez has been tied to Lloyd that night and now a gag order has been issued in the case after the arraignment at the Attleboro District Court. There is a chance that some of the other people involved could be giving police information and cooperating and now he is facing serious charges,

Hernandez's career could be over depending on the way the case turns out and now there are tons of details out on the case, including stuff about buying gum and Black and Milds,  nearby employees hearing gunshots, as well as ammo matching guns found at the home or Hernandez. From Fox: "A source told FOX 25's Bob Ward that surveillance video showed Hernandez walking into his home with two others around 3:30 a.m. on June 17. Prosecutors allege surveillance footage captured after the shooting showed Hernandez carrying a gun when he returned home. They claim he later disposed of that gun. Employees at a local business reported hearing several gunshots between 3:23 and 3:27 a.m. The shots were not immediately reported and FOX 25 has been unable to find any neighbor who will admit to hearing them."
