The Cleveland Cavaliers hold the No.1 overall pick once again, but are reported to be undecided on whether to take Nerlens Noel, Alex Len, Otto Porter, Victor Oladipo or any other prospects at the top broad.

Noel began the season No. 1 on our Big Board and ends it here as well. The questions -- a thin frame, a rehabbed ACL and raw offensive game-- are far outweighed by the strengths -- elite athletic ability and length, superb defensive skills and instincts.

Although this isn't considered a top-heavy draft class, NBA Commissioner David Stern will preside over the 67th annual NBA Draft, and it will be for the final time he takes to the podium to announce the next shinning stars of the league before he retires.

Pre-draft coverage begins at 5:30 p.m. ET on NBATV on Thursday, which flows into the half-hour draft preview on ESPN at 7 p.m. ET and the live draft coverage from 7:30 p.m.-11 p.m. ET on ESPN.
