The Barclays Center gets ready to host the 2013 NBA Draft, though they would have preferred to host an NBA Finals instead. The NBA will get a chance to see its newly drafted stars in this year's draft. Last year's No. 1 pick, Anthony Davis made decent contributions to the New Orleans Hornets, but, he was outperformed by fellow rookie Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers. Lillard, the No. 6 overall pick of the 2012 NBA Draft, was this year's Rookie of the Year as he impressed many around the game.

Who will be this year's Lillard?

The Cleveland Cavaliers have a chance to bolster their lineup with another No. 1 pick. They won the draft lottery in 2011 and chose Kyrie Irving, the eventual 2012 Rookie of the Year. Irving didn't skip a beat in his second year in the league, providing enough "Ooh's and Aaah's" with moves that impressed those who are not even Cavalier fans.

Here's a chart with the first 14 picks of the draft. These teams look to stack on young talent for the 2013-2014 season.
