Odin Lloyd Was Semi-Pro Player For Boston Bandits At Linebacker, Trophy Winning Athlete, Class Clown In School, Victim Connected To Hernandez Girlfriend and Double Murder

Aaron Hernandez is currently charged with murder in the death of Odin Lloyd and is facing a possible life sentence if he is convicted and after being denied bail he will remain in jail for the trial.

Lloyd and Hernandez knew each other for an extended period of time through their significant others, as Hernandez was dating the sister of Lloyd's girlfriend and she was also the mother of his child. Hernandez has been painted as the orchestrator of the execution and in the bail hearing on Wednesday and the arraignment on Thursday, the motive for the killing was looked at as coming from an incident that happened at a nightclub.

Lloyd was found dead in an industrial park a mile from the home of Hernandez and the authorities said that they had video evidence of him with a gun prior to the killing. Evidence also put the two together that night and in close contact and now Hernandez faces multiple charges, including first degree murder and numerous gun charges.

Lloyd was 27-yeard-old and played semi-pro football for one of the oldest teams, the Boston Bandits, where he played linebacker, and he was set to play in the game for the team coming up next week. Lloyd reportedly texted his sister before getting killed, writing that he was with "NFL" and the prosecution appeared to think that meant he was scared.

Lloyd has been described by many from his past as a respectful and funny person who was a "class clown" and coaches said they never had a problem with him. He was known as a happy guy and also worked for a landscaping firm and had trophies that said MVP in his family home. The body was found with numerous gunshots to the back and chest and the killing has been described as an execution.
