2013 NBA Draft: Surprise No.1 Pick Made By The Cavaliers As Draft Favorite Nerlens Noel Drops To No.6, Full List Of Who Went Where In The First Round

The Cleveland Cavaliers stunned everyone with their surprise No. 1 overall selection of UNLV's Anthony Bennett in the 2013 NBA Draft.

Bennett became the first Canadian No. 1 overall pick, and Nerlens Noel tumbled out of the top five and right into a trade.
