Aaron Hernandez Baby Avielle Janelle Born To Girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins On November 6, Child Has Same Birthday As Tight End, Fiance Crying At Hearing In Court (Pictures)

Aaron Hernandez is currently in jail after being denied bail and one of the sad parts of the story is that he has an 8-month-old baby at home with his fiance Shayanna Jenkins and the child, named Avielle Janelle, was born on the same day as hit birthday, November 6th.

According to ESPN.com, the baby was born in November of 2012 on the same birthday as Hernandez and now his girlfriend will remain at home and wait to see what happens in the case. Hernandez was denied bail on Thursday after his lawyers appealed the first decision and the judge said that the state has a strong if circumstantial case and since he has money and the means, he is a flight risk despite being a celebrity.

The judge cited the premeditated nature of the crime as well as the motive of disrespecting Hernandez as the reason for denying bail and his lawyers argued that he deserved to get out due to that circumstantial evidence. Jenkins was upset in the courtroom and was sobbing after he was taken back to jail in a green jumpsuit and now she will have to wait and see the outcome of a trail, which could take place in a year and end up having the tight end spend the rest of his life in jail.

Hernandez was charged with first degree murder in the death of Lloyd and his body was found a mile from his home. Hernandez was released by the Patriots and they took a big cap hit in the process and now the team will have to move on from Hernandez. Hernandez was also dropped by various endorsement companies and he also now is being investigated in another double murder from last year and police impounded a vehicle that he reportedly rented.

Hernandez was at home awaiting a decision by police to arrest him and that came on Wednesday and the charges were read in court later that day. The murder charges are obviously the most serious and now he could be facing multiple counts of murder depending on what happens with the other case.
