Los Angeles Lakers Rumors: Kobe Bryant Post Photos Of Himself Shooting During Practice, November Is The Goal Return Date After Achilles Tendon Tear

Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant has continued to keep his fans up-to-date on his rehabilitation process, recently releasing a new photo Sunday morning on Instagram of him at the Lakers' practice facility in El Segundo getting in some jump shots.

Though the picture doesn't explain where Bryant is in terms of his recovery process, it's still an encouraging sign. The fact that he's even able to get on the court and shoot means that he's continuing to improve and that much closer to getting back on the court full time.

In an interview on ESPN Radio 710 with John Ireland and Mike Trudell, Bryant discussed his goal of being back to action by November the latest.

"I'm shooting for November, December, latest- that's my goal in my head, that's what. I'm shooting for. I'm really, really determined about getting there. You know, I wont have any fear or any worry about the tendon rupturing again, I mean there's nothing I can do about it, if it goes again, it goes again. But once I'm ready to go, it's on."

Bryant reiterated that he doesn't feel much pain and is able to walk around, but he seems to sound like he's being more realistic about a return date.

Opening night may have been a bit of a stretch to begin with, but Bryant's work ethic is second-to-non and he's sure to use his critics as motivation to come back strong next season.
