New York Knicks Summer league TV Schedule: Channel, Time of Knicks vs. Pelicans

The New York Knicks will have a chance to watch their upcoming stars and future possible roster holders as they get ready to face the New Orleans Pelicans. It will be the first Summer League game of 2013 for both squads. Want to know where to watch? Check out the Summer League TV schedule of this game as both teams play their first games in July.

Channel: MSG, NBA TV

Time: 4 p.m. ET

MSG will be airing the action for those who live in New York. For those outside of NY, NBA TV will be using the MSG broadcast to air the game.

The Knicks will be excited to see what kind of young talent they can add to their bench. Tim Hardaway Jr. has made a lot of noise already, following the 2013 NBA Draft where he was chosen 24th overall. Hardaway Jr. is a playmaker and a finisher at the basket. He can handle the ball and create his own shots, which is already an upgrade over Steve Novak, who will be discount double-checking from Toronto this season.

Last year, the Knicks discovered Chris Copeland, who worked his way to a brand new contract with the Indiana Pacers where he will make $6 million over two years. Who will be the Knicks next breakthrough?

The Pelicans will have chance to add talent as they will have at least 10 undrafted players in their Summer League roster. Returning this summer will be guard, Austin Rivers, their 2012 first round pick.
