Leslie Frazier is giving new wide receiver Greg Jennings a lesson in how the Minnesota Vikings carry themselves. The former Green Bay receiver made headlines after bashing quarterback Aaron Rodgers as a bad teammate and referring to the Packers as "cookie cutter." The Vikings head coach did not take these comments lightly and is letting Jennings know that is not how the team operates.

"We're the Vikings and we want to talk about us, what we're trying to get done," Frazier said via The Pioneer Press. "That's where our focus has to be. There's so much work to be done, and we don't want to be looking at what's happening with other teams, other teams' players. We've got to focus on us. He's good with that."

Frazier is not a fan of calling out other teams or players and he let Jennings have it before a weekend practice during training camp. The head coach understands the wide receiver has strong feelings about his former team, but he would prefer if he kept them to himself.

Jennings comments stemmed from the Packers deciding not to re-sign the wide receiver in the offseason. Jennings hit the free agent market before eventually signing with rival team, the Vikings. Jennings then proceeded to take numerous digs at Green Bay. He went on ESPN's First Take to discuss how he preferred Brett Favre to Rodgers, claiming the quarterback was more focused on himself than on the team and being a good teammate.

The wide receiver also said he preferred the Vikings' style of practice to the Packers. He said Minnesota has structure while Green Bay is more "cookie cutter" in the way they handle things.

Both Rodgers and Packers head coach Mike McCarthy simply laughed off Jennings remarks.

"To me, I'm concerned with the opinions of the guys in this locker room and the guys we have here,'' Rodgers said. It's exciting to be able to be one of the leaders of this football team, and I'm very confident in my style."

At Frazier's request, the war of words is over. Rodgers never fully responded to Jennings comments, simply says he believes he is a fine teammate and a great leader. The public will never know just how true Jennings' statements were, but it will make for an interesting first game between the two rivals come the 2013 season.
