NBA Free Agent Rumors: Chicago Bulls Mike Dunleavy, Raptors Tyler Hansbrough, Jarrett Jack and Darren Collison Best Low-Key Offseason Deals

The NBA offseason is starting to move towards training camp and the preseason and after big names like Josh Smith, Dwight Howard and Andre Iguodala signed with teams, a number of other solid names also made moves and the Chicago Bulls signing Mike Dunleavy, the Raptors signing Tyler Hansbrough, as well as deals for Jarrett Jack and Darren Collison are the best under the radar moves of the offseason.

The Houston Rockets likely made the biggest splash in the offseason by signing Dwight Howard and the team added him to a core of Jeremy Lin, Omer Asik, James Harden and Chandler Parsons and also made some moves themselves. The team added some under the radar players as well, with Omri Casspi, Francisco Garcia and Marcus Camby and that will give the team a very solid bench as they make a playoff run. The team should be one of the best in the West and the Mavericks could be improved as well after adding Monta Ellis.

The Warriors were one of the biggest surprises in the league last season after defeating the Denver Nuggets in the playoffs and Jarrett Jack was one of the reasons why. Jack was very solid in the postseason for the team and in the offseason he signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The team made a big splash with Andrew Bynum, but it might be the Jack signing might be the one that ends up the most valuable. He will be a reliable backup to Kyrie Irving and along with Dion Waiters he adds more talent to the bench.

Mike Dunleavy to the Chicago Bulls could also be a very big signing, as he has a fantastic three point shot and that was one area where the Bulls were not so strong last season. He shot over 40 percent with the Bucks last year and having him in the fold should only help players like Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler and he will help with the loss of Nate Robinson as well. Tyler Hansbrough signing with the Raptors is another solid move and he comes from the Pacers after being a very aggressive and solid rebounder over the past few years.

The Detroit Pistons signed a big name in Josh Smith and they also improved through a trade with the Bucks for Brandon Jennings. The Wizards signed Eric Maynor to a contract in the offseason and after playing with the Blazers he could be a solid backup for John Wall in Washington. The team signed Wall to a contract and with Bradley Beal and AL Harrington in the fold, the team may improve from last season. CJ Watson to the Nets is another solid move and he could give the team some very good depth off the bench. Darren Collison to the Clippers is also a move that could pay off, as he averaged 12.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.2 steals per game last season with the Mavericks and should get more chances in LA with Chris Paul.
