Peter King Monday Morning Quarterback: The MMQB New Column On Colts And Chuck Pagano, E.J. Manuel and Dustin Keller Injuries, Aaron Rodgers, Fox and Seahawks

Peter King is considered by many to be the top NFL writer in all of football and his new website the MMQB reflects that and with his weekly Monday Morning Quarterback column coming as one of the most popular on the Internet, this week he writes about the Colts, training camps closing as well as injuries to E.J. Manuel and Dustin Keller.

Check here for the new column or for more on the MMQB and Monday Morning Quarterback from Peter King.

Last week's column was excellent with coverage of the Kansas City Chiefs, RG3, Anquan Boldin as well as the Chiefs and Bears and this week picks up with the Colts, who defeated the NY Giants on Sunday night in the second week of the preseason. The Colts report documents the inspiration of coach Chuck Pagano and how Chuck Strong lives on to this year with the team and quarterback Andrew Luck. The team added a number of new players in the draft and the offseason, including running back Ahmad Bradshaw, who returned to MetLife Stadium for the first time since leaving the franchise.

Last season Luck led the team to a 9-3 record without Pagano and the team is thinking playoffs again. King has observations and notes from a number of training camps, as well as his usual 10 Things I Think and quotes and Tweets from around the league. King writes about Dallas, Seattle, Oakland and Denver, including that Tony Romo and the Cowboys looked good on offense at his stop to their camp. The Seahawks use music in their practices, while in Oakland, King writes that Reggie McKenzie doesn't like the public perception of the team.

McKenzie made a number of new additions and feels that the team will be better than their 4-12 record last season. McKenzie added Nick Roach, Kevin Burnett, Charles Woodson, Mike Jenkins, Tracy Porter and more as well as players like DJ Hayden, Menelik Watson and Nick Kasa in the draft. He also added Sio Moore, Mychal Rivera, Brice Butler and Latavius Murray and new quarterback Matt Flynn is ready for his first season starting in the league.

King also had notes from San Francisco, New England as well as Buffalo and writes that Shane Vereen could end up being a huge asset for Tom Brady and the Patriots. He writes that the Browns have a nice look on the interior on defense, while he also has notes from Pittsburgh, Philly, Atlanta, Tennessee and Baltimore among others. King doesn't stop, as he also has notes from Colts camp, Minnesota, Kansas City and Cincy, his old haunting grounds.
