Texas A&M takes to the road after four-straight home games to face the Arkansas Razorbacks in a big SEC West matchup. The Aggies have a history of road dominance they hope to continue as Arkansas is in need of a win, badly.
Texas A&M is 7-0 on the road, dating back to last season. The streak began after the team beat top ranked Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The Aggies got a big win against Arkansas last season after losing to the team three-straight times. Johnny Manziel threw for 453 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for another 104 yards and a score. This is the first time Texas A&M will travel to Arkansas since 1990.
After Texas A&M lost to Alabama this year, they got an easy win against SMU, rebounding with a 42-13 win. Manziel once again dazzled, throwing for 346 yards and three touchdowns in just more than a half of play.
The Aggies defense also looked much improved against cornerback Deshazor Everett was moved to safety. They held SMU to just two field goals before giving up a late touchdown with the backups in. They will look to continue the success after struggling against Alabama.
Arkansas is coming off a disappointing loss to Rutgers after they gave up a 17-point lead in the third quarter. They lost 28-24, making their record 3-1 on the season. Good news for Arkansas, they will have quarterback Brandon Allen back in action after missing last Saturday with a shoulder injury.
