Score 36-21 Eagles Lead... FINAL SCORE

The New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles face off in an NFC East battle at 1 p.m. ET. The Giants are chasing after their first win in of the 2013 campaign. Check out the score if you can't watch or listen to the Week 5 action. Scoring updates will be provided in this live blog, along with commentary and stats.

The Giants and Eagles both play in their second NFC East battles. The Eagles defeated the Washington Redskins, kicking off their season in great fashion. Their offense was potent and the defense was red hot, at the beginning. However, the defense began to slow down and lose it's explosion and the offense began losing its power, but they were able to close out the game.

For the Giants, it has been a season with a lot of downs. With an 0-4 record, there has been very little to celebrate in New York. The Giants are injured and they are dysfunctional as a team on the field. They do not have a running game, leaving everything on the shoulders of Eli Manning, Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks.

As the Giants prepare for Week 5, this is their injury report with the worst cases entering Sunday's game.

The Eagles have been dynamic on offense, regardless of who their opponent has been. Their worst offensive performance came against the Chiefs, but Week 4 was their overall worst performance, losing to the Denver Broncos, 52-20. They come into this matchup fairly healthy. Nobody is out or doubtful, giving them a chance to keep the Giants at the pit of the NFC East.
