The NFC East is shaping up to be the worst division in sports this season and that is a far cry from the days of the "NFC Beast", when all four teams appeared to be playoff and Super Bowl contenders, but now the leaders of the division ate just 3-3 in the Dallas Cowboys are the Philadelphia Eagles.
The division is a mess at the bottom with the Giants at 0-6 and the Redskins and 1-4 and funny enough, the division that was once called the worst in the NFL is now looking like the best, as the NFC West, who sent the Seahawks to the playoffs a few years ago at 7-9, now has all four teams at .500 or better after Week 7. The Cardinals lost and they were 3-1, so they are all good, while the Seahawks, Niners and Rams all took victories on Sunday.
The Giants lost on Thursday night and the Redskins lost on Sunday night, while the Cowboys defeated the Redskins and the Eagles won. The Cowboys are now 2-0 in the division and so are the Eagles, while the Giants and Redskins are both 0-2 and now are getting closer and closer to having a terrible season completely.
The division should shape up as the season goes on, but it's not looking good.
