Oakland Raiders Rumors: Dr. Death Superfan In YouTube Video Gives Speech At City Council Meeting About Coliseum and Stadium Plans (Watch)

The Oakland Raiders are in a bye week after losing to the Kansas City Chiefs and the fact that they don't have a game means the superfan known as "Dr. Death" had time to stop by an Oakland City Council meeting with the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority to discuss the future stadium plans for the team.

According to Deadspin.com, the man known as Dr. Death gave a speech at the meeting in his full garb, wearing his usual Raiders jersey with his hat with knives in it and face paint and behind him was a banner that said "Keep Raiders In Oakland!". Dr. Death makes some serious points about the rate of crime in the city as well as issues with jobs and at the meeting, the council voted to extend the contract with the city to work on the Coliseum, as rumors have come up that the team could possibly move.

The Raiders share a stadium with the Oakland Athletics and are the only NFL and MLB teams to do so now that the Dolphins and Marlins are no longer in the same stadium. Check out the video here.
