The Ohio State Buckeyes are being looked at as one of the favorites for the national championship game this season in college football and they will put their undefeated record on the line against Iowa on Saturday at Ohio Stadium at 3:30 pm on ABC in a Big Ten conference matchup.
The Buckeyes are coming into the game after defeating Northwestern two weeks ago and head coach Urban Meyer comes into the contest without having yet lost a game at Ohio State. Braxton Miller has been the primary star for the Buckeyes and he had a solid game against the Wildcats, as he had over 250 total yards in the game. The team is ranked in the top 10 in rushing yards and is averaging nearly 500 yards per game, ranked 19th in the nation, while they have also scored over 35 touchdowns, ranked fifth in the nation as well. The Buckeyes come in with a 6-0 record and is 2-0 in the conference, while Iowa is 1-1 and 4-2 overall this season and Ohio State is tops in their division over Wisconsin.
The Buckeyes are ranked sixth in the nation with over 40 points per game and the defense has been coming through as well, allowing just 19 points per game to rank in the top 25 this season. The team has been scoring in bunches and putting up yards on offense, scoring over 50 points twice and scoring 40 or more in all games but one, the close win over Wisconsin. The team won two games in a row against ranked opponents and had an impressive win on the road against Cal and now the team has two straight home games against the Hawkeyes and then against Penn State. The season finishes up with Purdue, Illinois and Michigan on the road, while Indiana will be the lone home game over the final stretch.

The Legends division has Michigan State and Nebraska at the top at 2-0, while Ohio State is 2-0 in the Leaders division and the matchup against Michigan at the end could be the biggest matchup for the team this season. Iowa comes in after losing to Michigan State and that came after three straight wins against Minnesota, Western Michigan and Iowa State as well as a win over Missouri State. The team opened with Northern Illinois and lost that game and now they face a very tough stretch with Ohio State and then Northwestern, while Wisconsin is next and after that are two of three games on the road. Purdue and Nebraska will be on the road and Michigan is the middle home matchup.
Miller missed out on two games this season and over the past two games he has four TDs and one pick and while he hasn't passed for all that many yards, he has over 150 in his last two games and he is the catalyst for the offense for Meyer and Ohio State. The team is putting its perfect record on the line and they are ranked fourth ahead of Clemson, Oregon and Alabama at number one and could be one of the top teams come the end of the season. Ohio State and Iowa will be playing on Saturday at 3:30 pm from the Horseshoe and the two teams will be going at it on Watch ESPN streaming and will be a Big Ten conference game.
