Aaron Hernandez Baby Avielle Janelle Gets Phone Calls Every Day From Jail As Patriots TE Talks To Daughter and Girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins Daily From Bristol County

The Aaron Hernandez murder case has not been in the news too much lately with trial motions and hearings going on before major dates later in the year to set an official trial date, but that doesn't mean the former Patriots tight end hasn't been busy, as he has been able to speak with his baby daughter Avielle Janelle daily from the Bristol County House of Corrections.

According to TMZ.com, Hernandez is allowed one hour of phone time per day and he often speaks to his daughter over the phone, even though at just a year old she can't say much. His girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins has been dealing with a perjury case as all this is going on and he surely has spoken with her as well as he awaits trial in Bristol for the murder of former semi pro football player Odin Lloyd. Hernandez is charged with first degree murder in the case and he has pleaded not guilty to the charges. The report says that he was able to be on the phone for his daughter saying "daddy" for the first time and he spoke to her on November 6, which is the birthday for both.

The report said that Hernandez is allowed to speak for one hour per day and that for the most part it's to his family and his daughter. When his daughter was born, Hernandez said that it changed his life and clearly it did not change too much, as he has been linked to murder and gun trafficking and that could be why he ends up getting hit for murder when his trial starts next year. Hernandez had some red flags in his character heading out of college and now he is a cautionary tale for NFL teams.

A guilty verdict is no guarantee in this case and surely someone will sign him if he is let off, even if he serves jail time for gun charges. Hernandez was one of the most talented tight ends in the game when he was arrested and it will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
