The Miami Dolphins will be under the microscope this week as the NFL tries to interview players and get information regarding the Jonathan Martin situation and as that goes down, reports are coming out that Incognito and possibly another player harassed a staff member of the team.

According to the National Football Post, sources said that Incognito and another player on the team that was unnamed mocked the "ethic background" of a staffer on the team and that they also made comments about that staff member's wife, including sexual comments. The report says that Incognito dressed in the same way that people from the staffer's culture does and mocked him and made "profane" jokes and that the environment was "uncomfortable" for the staffer. On top of that, the report says that incognito said that the wife of the staff member also had sexual relations with players on the team.

Incognito and the Dolphins are under the microscope and the lineman also filed a grievance against the team that Miami is hoping to get delayed until the team speaks to the NFL. A-hole players like Brian Hartline and Mike Wallace continue to defend Incognito over Martin and now the league will get its first words from players and coaches, as they will interview them this week.

The league also reportedly will be looking into offensive line coach Jim Turner, who of course the players have started defending already. The league wants to look into his antics, including the fact that he has a military background and is a known screamer.

"I think it's probably 10 minutes, 15 minutes for each person," Dolphins receiver Mike Wallace said. "So for a big situation like this, I don't think it's too much. I don't think it's one guy getting interviewed for two hours. I don't think it's that bad.
