Fantasy Football Start or Sit Redskins and 49ers: Frank Gore, Jordan Reed, Vernon Davis, Pierre Garcon, Alfred Morris, Jordan Reed, Robert Griffin III For MNF Week 12

The fantasy football schedule still has one more game to go and for fantasy owners wondering who to start and sit for the Monday night football matchup between the Washington Redskins and San Francisco 49ers in Week 12, here are some names to keep an eye on for the MNF game on ESPN, including Frank Gore, Jordan Reed, Vernon Davis, Pierre Garcon, Alfred Morris, Jordan Reed, Robert Griffin III as well as Colin Kaepernick and Anquan Boldin.

The biggest name for fantasy owners to watch out for is Reed, as he is out on Monday night fort the game with a concussion after getting the injury last week against the Eagles, making him a SIT option and making many fantasy owners scramble for someone like Logan Paulson. The Niners have had injury issues in the run up to the game, but Frank Gore and Vernon Davis are expected to play in the game and that makes them START options for the Monday night matchup.

Reed comes in as the second leading receiver for the team behind Garcon and that will be a big target that will be missing for Griffin on Monday and he has been very productive this season, making 45 catches for nearly 5000 yards and he has three touchdowns, two of which have come in the past five weeks. Reed had a huge game against the bears with nine catches for 134 yards and he followed that up with an eight catch performance for 90 yards on 14 targets against the Broncos and now he will be out against the Niners. Reed had only one catch last week against the Eagles and that came after a solid performance against the Vikings that saw him catch six balls for 62 yards along with a score.

The Niners have a very good secondary and Reed would have been a tough matchup for the team and now Reed will be out and that could put Fred Davis back into the lineup after being inactive. Davis once had the mantle that Reed now has and while he has been inactive, the Redskins see him as a solid option on Monday night.

Frank Gore should have a solid game against a Washington defense that has not been good against the run and he comes in with 748 yards to rank ninth in the league and he has seven scores to rank fifth in the league. Gore will be a main focus for the defense and while he has had his numbers go down since the team had a bye week, he came in averaging nearly 100 yards per game and had six scored during that time and now he will get the chance to go up against a team that has given up the most rushing touchdowns in the league.

Vernon Davis is back from a concussion and he now has four touchdowns in the past five games and two in the past three and he has been solid among tight ends with 553 yards this season and eight touchdowns. Pierre Garcon, Alfred Morris and Robert Griffin III are all solid plays on Monday night and the game should be a very entertaining one in Washington.
