English Premier League Table and EPL Standings: Arsenal With Lead Over Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool

The English Premier League standings has Arsenal leading in first place over Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool in the EPL Barclays table and the schedule picks up again on Saturday and there are a number of solid matches, including Manchester United taking on Newcastle United and that is the early match, while Chelsea will be playing against Stoke City on the road.

Manchester City will be playing against Southampton on Saturday while Fulham and Aston Villa will be matching up on Sunday and the later match on that day will have Arsenal hosting Everton and that is the match of the week at Emirates Stadium. Liverpool is taking on West Ham United and they will be looking for another solid result on the schedule. On Wednesday there were a number of solid matchup and Liverpool rebounded from a loss last weekend with a 5-1 win against Norwich City and that was a massive performance from Luis Suarez.

Liverpool is trying to move up on the table and Suarez got the scoring started for the game with four straight goals to open up a 4-0 lead against Norwich City before Bradley Johnson scored and then Liverpool added another goal at the end for good measure. Manchester United fell to Everton and Arsenal was impressive once again, winning 2-0 over Hull City and the Gunners remain in first place as they prepare for the Sunday matchup on the schedule. Southampton fell to Aston Villa on Wednesday and Stoke City and Cardiff played to a draw, while Chelsea was able to squeak by Sunderland with four goals, including one from Frank Lampard and two from Eden Hazard.

Newcastle United was taken down by Swansea, while Fulham fell to Tottenham in a nice matchup. Manchester City too down West Brom with a 3-2 victory and now they are getting ready for another matchup. Arsenal is tops in the standings over Chelsea and Manchester City and they are leading over Liverpool and Everton in the top five.

Tottenham is next on the table over Newcastle United, while Southampton and Manchester United are next followed by Aston Villa and Swansea City. Hull City is at 12 over West Brom, while Stoke City and Cardiff City are up over West Ham United and they are over Fulham, Crystal Palace and Sunderland.
