English Premier League Table and EPL Standings: Chelsea Drops In Barclays As Arsenal and Liverpool Lead Manchester City

The English Premier League table looks a bit different on Saturday after some stunning results and after an upset loss for Chelsea, the Blues have now fallen to third in the standings and Liverpool has moved up to second behind Arsenal, who will be playing on Sunday, while Manchester City was bumped down to fourth and there were some very surprising results and scores on Saturday and now the EPL table reflects that.

The EPL table has Arsenal at the top as the Barclays English Premier League schedule picks up on Saturday and there are some exciting matchups and heading into the action over the weekend, Arsenal is leading the standings, while Chelsea and Manchester City are ahead of Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham in the standings.

Arsenal plays on Sunday and they will look to extend their lead over Chelsea and they play against Everton, while the Blues will be matching up on Saturday with Stoke City at Britannia Stadium. The schedule starts off with Manchester United taking on Newcastle United at Old Trafford and the later matches have Crystal Palace and Cardiff City as well as Liverpool playing West Ham United along with Manchester City and Southampton. Chelsea is looking to continue their strong play and West Brom will be matching up against Norwich City, while Tottenham and Sunderland are the later match.

The Sunday schedule has Aston Villa playing against Fulham, while Arsenal and Everton will be going at it and the Gunners will be looking to keep up as the top team on the table. Last Sunday Manchester United and Tottenham played to a draw after two goals from Wayne Rooney pulled things out for Man U and Hull City defeated Liverpool, but they rebounded with a huge game from Luis Suarez on Wednesday to bounce back in a big way and that day also saw a nice win for Chelsea with goals from Gary Cahill and John Terry and Manchester City won 3-0 Over Swansea.

Wednesday had some solid matchups as well, with Arsenal winning 2-0 over Hull City, while Suarez scored four goals in a 5-1 victory over Norwich City and he was very impressive with four goals in a row to start the game. Everton won over Manchester United and they will be looking to continue their strong play and Aston Villa won over Southampton, while Chelsea powered over Sunderland with a 4-2 victory. Tottenham won over Fulham and Manchester City took down West Brom on Wednesday and the matches this weekend should be exciting as well. Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City are leading things for now and Liverpool and Everton are behind with Tottenham.
