The English Premier League table saw plenty of action with the matches on Saturday and one of the most entertaining games was the early set that saw Manchester Win 6-3 over Arsenal and that helped shake up the standings, as Chelsea is in second behind the Gunners for the time being, while Manchester City helped push Liverpool down to fifth for now after Everton won, but they will get the chance to play on Sunday.
Manchester City played great in the match and they struck first with a goal from Sergio Agüero before Theo Walcott tied things up and then they took a lead into halftime with a goal from Álvaro Negredo before Fernandinho gave the club a two goal lead. Walcott added another goal, but David Silva and Fernandinho kept Man City on top before Yaya Toure added a penalty kick for good measure and now the team has continued its strong play recently. The club now is within striking distance of Arsenal at the top of the table, while Arsenal and the Spurs will match up on Sunday in anticipated game on the schedule.
Cardiff City took down West Brom 1-0 after a goal from Peter Whittingham, while Chelsea stayed in control against Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge in a match they needed to win, getting goals from Fernando Torres and Ramires. Everton was impressive as well, winning 4-1 over Fulham after getting an early Lead from Leon Osman. Fulham tied things up with a penalty from Dimitar Berbatov, but Everton pushed back with three straight goals from Seamus Coleman, Gareth Barry and Kevin Mirallas.
Newcastle United and Southampton played to a draw with goals from Yoan Gouffran and Jay Rodriguez, while West Ham United and Sunderland had a scoreless draw. Hull City plays the late match at the Kingston Communications Stadium, while Aston Villa and Manchester United are playing at Villa Park in the early match on Sunday along with Norwich City and Swansea City and that will be at Carrow Road. Tottenham and Liverpool are playing the late match and that is big for the EPL table and that will be at White Hart Lane.
