The Houston Rockets and the Indiana Pacers have been two of the best teams in the NBA this season and with the Pacers commanding the east, they are playing a potential NBA finals opponent in the Rockets, who signed Dwight Howard in the offseason and the game is set to start at 8 PM from Bankers Life Fieldhouse and will be on ESP and the WatchESPN website.
The Rockets come into the game after winning over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night and they next will play against the Detroit Pistons and they come into the game as one of the highest scoring teams in the league. The Rockets did not decide to trade Omer Asik and while Jeremy Lin has been banged up, the team ranks second in the league in scoring and third in rebounding and now they get a nice test against the Indiana Pacers in the ESPN night game on Friday.
The Pacers are coming into the game after a loss to the Miami Heat by three and while Paul George was pissed he didn't get a foul at the end, the win was huge for Miami. LeBron James led the way for the team once again and the Pacers will next play the Celtics and then have the Lakers on Christmas. Paul George dropped 25 points and the team comes in as the best defensive team in the league.
