The Texas Longhorns and the Oregon Ducks will finish their 2013 seasons against each other with the Alamo Bowl coming up on Monday night from the Alamodome in San Antonio and the game will be starting up at 6:45 pm on ESPN on TV and the game will be streaming on the WatchESPN website and has two teams looking to end on a high note after disappointing seasons.
Texas comes into the game after a loss to Baylor in the Big 12 finale and Mack Brown comes in after nearly two decades and he will be done with the Longhorns after this season and this is his final game and the team is hoping to give him a win, but it will be tough against the Ducks and an Oregon team that puts up some huge numbers overall. The Ducks average over 500 yards per game and that's on the low end and the team scores nearly 50 points per game and that should be tough for a team that fired their defensive coordinator this season.
Oregon comes into the matchup after a close win over rivals Oklahoma State and the team got nearly 300 yards from Marcus Mariota and he will be coming back to school next year and the team will be national championship favorites once again with him coming back and the team comes into the game against Texas with the ninth ranked rushing offense and third ranked scoring offense and they are averaging 21 points per game on defense and that means the Longhorns must be at their best on both sides of the ball to get the win on Monday night.

Texas comes into the game after Brown has been with the team for 16 years and he has won a national championship with the team and averaged double digit wins during his time, but he couldn't keep up with his own history and now he will be gone after going 8-4 this season. Brown has Case McCoy under center and the name reminds him of the days when he had the team has a perennial national title contender with his brother at QB and now the Sucks come in with a huge offense and the motivation to win.
The Ducks came into the season with high expectations and after opening the year with an 8-0 record, the team fell to Stanford after defeating UCLA and then after rebounding against Utah, the team lost to Arizona to end any chances at making it to the BCS. The team finished the season with a win against their rivals in Oregon State and now the Ducks will be playing in the Alamo Bowl on ESPN on Monday and looking to end the season on a high note and Texas comes in with a loss and looking to end Brown's career with a victory. The two teams are looking to put up some points on Monday night and Mariota will get the chance to be a Heisman frontrunner next season, as names like Johnny Manziel and Teddy Bridgewater will be gone and Jameis Winston comes in as the favorite.
