Oklahoma City Thunder Western Conference Champions

Kendrick Perkins jammed it home and put a cap on Game 6, the series and the Spurs' hopes of a Game 7. The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the San Antonio Spurs 107-99 after a well fought battle.
Kevin Durant played his tail off, leading the team in scoring with 34 points. Russell Westbrook also had a great game scoring 25.
The Spurs held a 15-point lead at the half and could not keep it up. Tony Parker scored 21 points in the first half. Stephen Jackson had six threes off the bench and finished with 23 points.
The Oklahoma City Thunder will now wait for an opponent to surface from the Eastern Conference. They expect to play against, either, the Boston Celtics or the Miami Heat.
Oklahoma City will celebrate tonight and rest tomorrow as they have earned their first trip to the NBA Finals. Kevin Durant was the MVP of the Western Conference Finals

Check back in tomorrow as I break down how the Spurs lost their lead and the Thunder were able to fight back in Game 6.
