Man City has been playing well in the Premier League and hasn't lost since falling to Arsenal back in December.

Man City comes in having won against Swansea City as well as Crystal Palace and the club also got a nice victory against Liverpool on Boxing Day in what was a much anticipated match. Before that the team won 4-2 against Fulham and before that was a win over Leicester City in the Cap One Cup, which happened after the defeat at home against Arsenal, who is leading the EPL table. The Gunners have a slight lead over Manchester City in the Barclays standings and they are ahead of Chelsea in third, while Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham are next on the league table.

The schedule picks up for Round 4 later in the month and it will be without Manchester United after they lost in the third round for just the second time in 30 years, while other EPL teams like Southampton, Hull City, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Arsenal and Fulham are through. Manchester City has a number of matches coming up that will be tough, including against Barcelona in the Champions League as well as EPL matches against Tottenham, Chelsea as well as Manchester United and Arsenal.
