The English Premier League table has Arsenal at the top of the standings and behind them in the EPL heading into Tuesday's schedule has Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham with Everton and Manchester United pulling up the rear in the top six and now the week will have all teams in action after the FA Cup break.
The Gunners have been playing well all season and they are in first place just ahead of Man City, who is back one point as the February schedule gets closer. Chelsea is just one more point back in third place and they have been working very hard over the past few weeks to maintain their position, while Liverpool was in first for a hot second before falling back and now they are working to pull themselves up in the coming weeks. The Champions League is coming up and the teams in the EPL in that will need to get ready, while all the clubs will be in action this week.
Manchester United kicks things off on Tuesday and they are playing much better as they work to move up the table and they are now ahead of Newcastle as well as Southampton and Aston Villa in the standings. Man U plays at Old Trafford this weekend against Cardiff, while Norwich and Newcastle play and one of the top matches will be Liverpool and Everton at the Anfield. That match will be one of the last to go and Arsenal will be in action against Southampton on the road.
Chelsea and West Ham are in action on Wednesday, while Tottenham and Manchester City play the match of the week at White Hart Lane.
