The NBA standings have been mostly the same at the top this season, as the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder have been the best in the east and the west and they are ahead of the Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs heading into the February schedule.
The Pacers are being looked at as the favorites in the east, while the Thunder and Spurs are looking like the best teams out west. Indiana wants home court advantage over Miami and they just may get it this season.
