Seattle Seahawks Championship Parade Schedule: Victory Route Time, Street Map and Live Stream Info For Wednesday

The Seattle Seahawks are champions and they will have their championship parade for their Super Bowl victory and the route will start from Seattle Center and will end at CenturyLink Field and the victory route and parade will be live online from local television and the parade will be held on Wednesday from 11 am until 1:30 pm PT and will have the team and head coach Pete Carroll bringing the Lombardi Trophy west.

The championship will be streaming online from local television and will start up near Denny Way before moving south towards Fourth Avenue and will go towards the Stadium and Safeco Field before the team has a celebration at the home field where the 12th man is so prevalent. The team dominated on Super Bowl Sunday with their defense and Malcolm Smith was named MVP of the game after his interception return for a touchdown and Russell Wilson showed off why he is one of the best young quarterbacks in the league and now the city of Seattle can celebrate its first Super Bowl win and its first championship in decades.

The championship parade for the Baltimore Ravens last season was a big hit and the most people came out in New York City to celebrate with the Giants and now the Seahawks are expecting thousands of fans to descend on downtown Seattle and Pete Carroll even called for a school day following the Super Bowl victory. The streets around the parade area will be closed off for the spectators and there will also be some parking at the stadium.

The game was expected to be close on Sunday night, but after Peyton Manning had the snap go over his head for a safety to start the game, the Broncos looked off. The team put up over 600 points and Manning had 55 touchdowns this season, but they could only muster one to Demaryius Thomas and the game ended up as one of the most one-sided ever. This one puts a hit on Manning's legacy and solidifies the Seahawks as one of the best defensive units of all -time and also plays up to history, as the last time the best offense played the best defense was in 1990 and the Giants won that game as the top ranked D.

KIRO 7 will have the local broadcast of the parade as well as live streaming coverage and temperatures are expected to be cold for the day, much colder than the weather for the game. This is the first title for the team since back in 1979 when the Sonics won and the game in NY/NJ could not have gone any better, as there were four to five inches of snow on Monday and that followed Sunday, which was the warmest day of the week in NYC. The Seattle Seahawks are now Super Bowl champions and the number one team in the NFL.
