Andre Miller Trade Rumors: Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Washington Wizards Options For Nuggets As Beno Udrih Top PG Target

Andre Miller has been mentioned in trade rumors quite a bit heading into the All-Star break and teams like the Washington Wizards, Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings and San Antonio Spurs could be options for a Denver Nuggets deal, while Beno Udrih has been a prime target at point guard for teams looking for depth.

Udrih and Miller have been mentioned as potential options for the Washington Wizards, as they are looking for some depth behind John Wall and as the team pushes for the playoffs, they have a nice trade chip in Trevor Ariza. According to ESPN.com and Marc Stein, the Warriors could be a potential option for Miller, as they are looking to make a move heading into the deadline after slumoing a bit coming to the All-Star break. The biggest issues for the deal with the Warriors is making the money and cap situations work out and that is why the Kings or Warriors could be better options.

The Kings have already made deals for Derrick Williams and Rudy Gay this season and they would like some depth and veteran leadership behind Isaiah Thomas and that could be Miller. The 37-year-old point guard had a falling out in Denver with Brian Shaw after his public blowup earlier in the season and that has put him on the trading block and he comes in averaging six points and three assists in 30 games this season, while he averaged 15 points in the playoffs last year.

The Nuggets made it into the playoffs last season as one of the top teams in the west and after losing one game at home all season, the Warriors upset them in the first round and now the team is in transition after replacing their head coach and GM. Miller has $5 million on him and that could be attractive to some teams and the Nuggets could be looking to finally get rid of Miller and those teams mentioned could be options along with the Sixers, as they have been considered a team that will be active at the deadline.

The San Antonio Spurs have reportedly been looking at Udrih and they are a team that could be active at the deadline, as they have been dealing with injuries all season, including to Manu Ginobili, Tiago Splitter, Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard as well as Tony Parker.
