The EPL results on Saturday has Chelsea leading the English Premier League standings and the Blues won over Everton, while Arsenal and Manchester City pulled out victories and the top of the table remained the same, while Cardiff City and West Ham finished ahead and Fulham pulled a draw with West Brom to lead into the Manchester United match against Crystal Palace.
Chelsea and Everton played early in the day and they got one goal in the match from John Terry and that came in extra time and that gave the Blues the win at Stamford Bridge and then after that Arsenal pulled things out against Sunderland at Emirates Stadium. Olivier Giroud scored the first two goals of the game before Tomas Rosicky and Laurent Koscielny added more and then Emanuele Giaccherini put one in and that finished things off at 4-1. Hull City pulled things out over Cardiff on the road and it came on a 4-0 score after Tom Huddlestone scored, Nikica Jelavic added two and Jake Livermore finished it off with another to make it four.
Manchester City won out on Saturday at Etihad Stadium with a goal from Yaya Toure for the only score against Stoke City, while West Ham won against Southampton after goals from Matthew Jarvis, Carlton Cole and Kevin Nolan, which came after a 1-0 lead from Maya Yoshida early on at eight minutes in. Manchester United took a 2-0 lead against Crystal Palace with goals from Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney and they are the last game on the schedule for the day.
Liverpool and Swansea City are playing in the early game on Sunday at the Anfield, while Newcastle United and Aston Villa play at St James Park and the late match comes at Carrow Road as Norwich City and Tottenham face off. Chelsea is still first on the league table with 60 points and they have a one point lead over Arsenal and the Gunners are ahead of Manchester City and Liverpool, while Tottenham and Everton are next on the standings heading into Sunday and Manchester United can get a bit closer now with their match on Saturday.
