Aaron Hernandez Attacks Inmate In Jail: TMZ Report Says Patriots TE Beat Up Fellow Prisoner In Fight

Aaron Hernandez may have beaten up a fellow prisoner while awaiting trial for murder in Massachusetts, as TMZ and Pro Football Talk report that the former Patriots tight end was in an altercation with another prisoner in Bristol County Jail on Tuesday.

The report from TMZ says that Hernandez "attacked" another inmate on Tuesday and that Hernandez beat "the guy up pretty good" and it came after the fellow inmate had been going at Hernandez previously. Hernandez is held separate from other prisoners in the jail and Hernandez was in the hallway of the jail at the time of the incident. Pro Football Talk reports that the fight or incident has not been confirmed by officials at the jail and this is another bad report for Hernandez, although he ended up on the winning end apparently.

The report from TMZ says that Hernandez was in the hallway with another inmate that he had a previous disagreement with and that the two were "beefing all day long" and the other inmate was harassing Hernandez repeatedly. The 24 year old former NFL star is due back in court in June and now trial date has yet been set in the murder case of Odin Lloyd. He remains charged with first degree murder.
