Euro 2012 Live Stream: Denmark vs. Portugal

Denmark and Portugal are set to take the pitch Wednesday for their second game in Group B at Euro 2012. Denmark is riding high after a win over the Netherlands in their opener on Saturday, while Portugal is looking to bounce back after an opening loss to Germany. Sports World Report will be following all of the action live from Arena Lviv in Ukraine, so keep checking in for updates on the match and leave your thoughts on the action in the comments section.

' - The match is underway. Stephan Andersen in goal for Denmark, Rui Patricio for Portugal.

' - Denmark has the first corner of the match, Michael Krohn-Dehli sends it short, earning another corner for the Danes. That leads to a quick shot for Christian Eriksen, deflected out for another corner.

' - Portugal takes possession and gets the ball back to Patricio, looking to start things up.

' - Fábio Coentrão makes a nice bid at trying to draw a corner, but can't get the ball off a Danish defender.

' - Krohn-Deli sends it in off a corner, but Portugal defends well and Nani brings the ball up.

' - Free kick to Portugal is safely deflected out of play for a Portugal throw-in.

' - Denmark takes the ball back, but an attempt to pass it forward winds up with Patricio, as Portugal seems to be picking up a bit of momentum, if only through possession.

' - Nani sends a high cross into the box, sent out by Lars Jacobsen for a Denmark corner.

' - Andersen parries away an effort from Veloso.

' - Niki Zimling down on the pitch, appearing to favor his right leg. The 21-year old midfielder is helped off the pitch, and replaced by Jakob Poulsen.

' - Frustrating missed chance for Cristiano Ronaldo, who appeared to have a clean shot at goal, but sent it wide to the left.

' - More bad news for Portugal, as Pepe goes down after getting tangled up inadvertantly with Nicklas Bendtner. He's back up, though, and leaves the pitch under his own power without a substitute.

' - Pepe back on.

' - Cristiano Ronaldo tries to strike on a free kick, but sends his shot too high and out of play. Portugal seems to be in control of the tempo, with good ball possession, but can't get a good shot on goal.

' - GOAL, PORTUGAL! A set piece off a free kick forced the Danes to send the ball out for a corner, and Pepe gets a strong header on the cross from Joao Moutinho.

' - Portugal continues to control play, as Helder Postiga forced Agger to send it out. Postiga also got his head on the cross out of the corner, but Andersen pulled the ball in to end the threat.

' - Yellow card to Raul Meireles for a hand ball.

' - An exciting chance for Portugal in the open field, but Andersen beats Postiga to the pass from Ronaldo.

' - Free kick to Ronaldo just outside the box, and it deflects off the wall and out for a corner. Simon Kjaer getting his head on it for the Danes. Andersen grabs the corner safely.

' - GOAL, PORTUGAL! Postiga finally breaks through, neatly deflecting a pass from Nani and sending it into the roof of the net. No chance for Andersen to react on that.

' - Strong shot for Christian Eriksen, but it's pulled in by Patricio without incident. Best chance for the Danes since the opening minutes of the match.

' - GOAL, DENMARK!  Krohn-Deli heads the ball up and over Patricio, leaving the net wide open for Nicklas Bendtner, who cashes in with his fourth goal in five matches against Portugal.

' - Dangerous opportunity for Portugal, as Andersen was out of possition off of a header attempt by Postiga, but Kjaer was there to clear the ball away.

' +1 - Into two minutes of stoppage time, Denmark seems to be growing stronger, with better ball control in Portugal's end.

' + 2 - Postiga pulled down and looks for a foul, but Portgual continues without him.

HALFTIME, DENMARK 1-2 PORTUGAL. All Portugal in the first 40 minutes or so, but Denmark looking stronger to close out the first half. Should be an exciting second half in Lviv.

' - Action has resumed in Lviv.

' - Denmark starting the second half the same way they ended the first -  good ball possession - but a miscue springs Cristiano Ronaldo loose with a chance in the open field. Well defended by Andersen, though, and the Danes look to start it up again.

' - Agger makes a great tackle to break up a chance for Postiga.

' - High parry by Andersen off a free kick.

' - Corner for Denmark, but Eriksen's cross sails through without incident.

' - Dennis Rommedahl pulls up lame with a possible hamstring injury. He leaves the pitch under his own power, but is replaced  by Tobias Mikkelsen.

' - Whale of a shot by an oncoming William Kvist, but the two-time Danish Footballer of the Year sails high and wide of the goal.

' - Mikkelsen shows some nice work with the ball to beat his man, but his cross is weak, and snatched up by Patricio.

' - Mikelsen's next cross looks better, forcing Portugal to send it out and concede a corner. The play ends with Patricio snatching the ball out of the air, but Mikkelsen appears to be giving his side a spark.

' - Denmark continues to put the pressure on, not overcommitting, but keeping play in Portugal's end. What might have been a nice chance for Bendtner is negated by the offside flag.

' - Portugal starting to show a bit more life, playing in Denmark's end a bit more. Good thing for them, too, as the Danes, given enough time and space, certainly pose a threat to equalize.

' - Bendtner sends a shot wide to the left.

' - Handball on Portgual, as Nani put his arms up to block the cross.

' - Eriksen's cross batted away, and the ball is sent the other way for Cristiano Ronaldo, who has an easy chance all alone with Andersen, but inexplicably puts it to the right of the goal.

' - GOAL, DENMARK! Bendtner continues his dominance of Portugal, skying over Pepe to get a strong header on the cross and the ball goes off Patricio's hand and the goalpost before ricocheting into the back of the net.

' - Good save for Andersen on a free kick from Cristiano Ronaldo. The ball was successfully navigated through the wall, but Andersen was right on top of it.

' - Agger saves the day again, getting in to negate a chance for Ronaldo. His last couple of chances have been well-defended, but there are a couple of howlers that will haunt him if this score stands.

' - Portugal more assertive in the last few minutes, trying hard to regain the lead. A couple of corners successfully defended by the Danes, but they're back on their heels again.

' - GOAL, PORTUGAL! Varela missed on his first shot, but caught up to the ball and unleashed a turning shot that whizzed past Andersen.

' - Nani done for the day, as Rolando enters to give the Portuguese defense a boost.

' + 1 - Into four minutes of stoppage time.

+3' - Agger working hard to try to get a chance, but there's just too many white shirts around him.

+ 4' - Big chance inside the penalty area for Lasse Schone, but his shot is too high.

FULL TIME, DENMARK 2-3 PORTUGAL. A great effort from Portugal, as they survive Bendtner's continued excellence against them and a mystifying bad day from Cristiano Ronaldo to get a crucial win.
