San Diego State vs. Arizona Wildcats Live Stream: Watch Online NCAA Basketball Streaming Game Free

The Arizona Wildcats and San Diego State Aztecs are playing in the Sweet 16 for the west regional in the NCAA college basketball tournament on Thursday night and the matchup is streaming live online from the March Madness website and comes live from the Honda Center in Anaheim at around 10:15 pm ET on TBS and has the Pac-12 regular season champions looking to move on as the number one seed in the region.

Arizona comes into the game after a dominating win against Gonzaga and now the team is looking to fulfill its promise as one of the best teams in the country and they are the number one seed now and they also were tops in the rankings during the season for a stretch. The team won the Pac-12 in dominating fashion and despite losing to the UCLA Bruins in the conference tournament, the team became the only one seed without taking their conference tourney title and that put a ship on their shoulder and now they are looking to go even deeper as the Elite Eight is looming.

The Wildcats are now into the Sweet 16 for the third time over the past four seasons and they have previously played in Anaheim and they lost back then in the regional finals to a strong UConn team and they are still alive and are playing against Iowa State in the 16 on Friday. Arizona has two of the best players in the country in Nick Johnson and freshman Aaron Gordon and they will be the main focus for SDSU as they try and pull the upset and this comes after the two teams previously matched up this season.

The two teams played back in November and while both have improved greatly since then, that game could be a precursor to this one and it had the Wildcats winning on the road and that saw a nice run at the end from the Aztecs to keep it close and now San Diego is looking to get some revenge. The Wildcats are 32-4 now and San Diego is 31-4 and the game comes after that matchup, which saw Arizona win and propel them to number one for two months and they also won 20 straight games and in that matchup, Gordon was solid with 16 points while Johnson led with 23 points and against the Cats, JJ O'Brien and Xavier Thames added 19 points each for SDSU.

Arizona coach Sean Miller has spoken highly of his two players and Johnson is coming in as a player of the year candidate and they could be the reason the Cats make it to the first Final Four under Miller in his five years with the school. Arizona comes in scoring over 70 points per game and shooting nearly 47 percent from the field this season and they ranked in the top 20 in rebounding and they also have one of the best defensive units, ranking fifth in the nation with just 58 points allowed per game. John son was the leading scorer this season over Gordon, who was also tops in rebounding with nearly eight per game and now the two stars will be front and center for the Wildcats on Thursday night.
