NBA Finals 2012 Thunder vs. Heat: LeBron James and Wade Win Game 3

The Miami Heat have taken a 2-1 lead in the NBA Finals after defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder 91-85 in Game 3.

The Heat pulled out in the fourth quarter to a seven point lead with 3:47 left in the game, but their turnovers allowed the Thunder to get back into the game.

The Thunder failed to hit shots after bringing the lead down to one point with 1:30 left.

LeBron James hit one of two free throws with 16.2 seconds left in the game, giving the Heat an 89-85 point lead.

The Thunder turned it over right after and Dwyane Wade hit two free throws to seal the victory.

James finished with 29 points, 14 rebounds and Wade had 25 points.

Had the Heat hit their perimeter shots or the Thunder hit free throws, this game would not have gone down to the wire.

The Thunder's Durant ran into foul trouble again and had to sit out the third quarter. Derek Fisher gave them a 10-point lead, which they could not hold on to once Durant sat out.

Durant finished with 25 points.

The Thunder will try to tie the series on Tuesday as the fourth game of the series takes place in Miami.

They did a good job not falling behind early, but they could not capitalize on Miami's nine fourth quarter turnovers.

Check back tomorrow as I will analyze the Heat's victory.
