Spain vs Croatia - Euro 2012 Watch Online Live Stream

A wild Monday of action at Euro 2012 is set to begin, with the final day of group play in Group C pitting Spain against Croatia at PGE Arena in Gdansk, Poland.

The game can be viewed live on television on ESPN, or streaming online through ESPN3 or the Watch ESPN app on mobile devices. The match will be played concurrently with the other Group C match between Italy and the Republic of Ireland, setting the stage for what could be a wild finish.

Ireland has been eliminated from the tournament with losses to Croatia and Spain, who sit tied atop the group standings with four points apiece heading into Monday's game. Italy, which tied both Spain and Croatia, can still advance to the quarterfinals with a win over Italy, pending the result of the Spain vs. Croatia match.

Spain will automatically advance with a win or a draw, as its 4-0 win over the Republic of Ireland on Thursday guaranteed that Spain would finish no worse than second on goal differential should Spain, Croatia and Italy all finish tied with five points (i.e., if Spain and Croatia draw and Italy beats Ireland). Croatia, meanwhile, beat Ireland by two goals, meaning that a win over Spain is necessary to guarantee advancement, although tournament goals leader Mario Mandzukic and company could still advance with a tie, depending on Italy's result against Ireland. Either side would be eliminated with a loss and an Italy win over Ireland.
